X-Sectional Data Reconstruction Package includes the following libraries.

  • NEWTRACE: a program for a user to trace contours from images.
Contour of Brain slice Zoom in the Contour of Brain slice
  • TILING: the tiling program. or also named contour.
  • TETRA: the tetrahedralization program.
  • IPOLY2CONT: It slices an .ipoly file into contours.
  • POLY_TOOLS: stores some utility programs related to poly or ipoly files.
  • BHAUTIK: the modified bhautik version to do prepare and visualize finite element analysis.
