Our TexMol (short for Texture Molecular Viewer), is an interactive macromolecular exploration tool, created in response to the increasing interactive visualization requirements of the biology community, using today's desktop or laptop PC. TexMol delivers rapid rendering and interactive visualization via various novel applications of 2D and 3D texture-based rendering for atomistic structures in the PDB.
